How to manage inventory for a shop within a shop in real-time?

I am operating a shop within a brick and mortar retail shop. The existing b&m will ring up my items with theirs, all in one transaction on their POS. What is the best way/app to manage inventory in my own Shopify and to see orders in real-time, despite not being physically at the store?
