Retail hardware, software, and Shopify Point of Sale
Hello coummunity!
I cannot change the stock. I use Dsers, and the product is available on Aliexpress so it should be available in my shop but it is not and I cannot change it. What should I do?
It says: the product has to be in at least 1 localization...
Please help!
Hey @Erigone If the product is showing as available on AliExpress but not in your Shopify store via DSers, here are a few things to check:
Sync Status: Go to DSers and refresh the product sync, sometimes it doesn’t auto-update.
Variant Mapping: Make sure all variants are correctly mapped in DSers. If one is missing, it may show as out of stock.
Inventory Settings: In Shopify, check if the product is set to track inventory. If so, update the stock manually or let DSers auto-update it.
AliExpress Link: Ensure the DSers product is still connected to the correct AliExpress listing. If the supplier changed or relisted the product, you may need to remap it.
Try unmapping and remapping the product in DSers if none of those fix it. Let me know how it goes
