I have Shopify now with my online business paying for the $79 plan. Im opening a store.

I'm already using Shopify for online I'm opening a store do I need to pay the $79 for online and $89 for POS? I really need to speak to a human been trying for over a week I never get a call do you want my business

There are two types of Shopify POS available, one is called POS Lite and the other is called POS Pro. POS Lite is completely free and included with any of our Shopify plans. However, if you need the additional features that comes with POS Pro, then it would be an additional subscription for $89 USD/month. To help you choose the most suitable option for your store, we have a breakdown comparing the two versions of Shopify POS on our POS feature overview.
