Retail hardware, software, and Shopify Point of Sale
So...
- I can't get past the phone number input page when setting up tap to pay.
- I'm based in Ireland (and my store is set to that too)
- My phone number is 10 digits long and starts 087149XXXX (with the country code it is +35387149XXXX)
- when I enter my number in as 087... it tells me that it should be 11 digits long (no numbers in Ireland are 11 digits long.)
- if I drop the 0 it tells me that my number should be 10 digits long.
- if I enter a 10 digit number that does not start with 0 (ie 1234567890 it will accept it (but obviously that doesn't work because it isn't my number).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks Opeyemi
I have tried that, (even though the country code is already there) unfortunately it cuts the number off at 10 digits.
The problem seems to be that it doesn't like it starting with a 0 for some reason.
The region and number format are both correct.
Thanks, Davy
