If you're having issues with an order you've placed with a store, you will want to reach out to that business regarding the order to request additional information. Websites usually have contact information listed that you can use to reach them. If you have troubles finding this, you can try replying to the email that sent you the order confirmation as another method of contact.
If you've already reached out to the business and you feel that they're ignoring your request for updates or a refund, you can speak to your bank about filing a chargeback against the business and they should be able to help you get your funds returned to you.
Lastly, if you feel that the business is illegitimate, you can use this link here to report them to our team for investigation. Though we can't confirm is a business is on the Shopify Platform or not, using that link will allow our team to look into things.
