When you say "integrations" are you referring to apps? If so, then you should only integrate apps to your store if/when you need them. There's no point in adding an app if you don't need it.
You can find apps on our app store, and they really cater to a wide range of needs. You can filter the choices on the store according to categories:

Hello and good luck with getting your store ready. You don’t necessarily need to add any apps to your store if you don’t wish to do so, but there are plenty of valuable tools offered in the Shopify App Store.
A lot of those apps will help you to make your work easier as well as enable you to enhance your overall customer experience. One of the apps that you could check out is HelpCenter App - it has 3 main functionalities.
