inventory not updating after pos go sales

It appears that my inventory is not updating and deducting any items that were sold through the shopify go POS hardware.


My website is currently showing that I have product still in stock which I just sold out of the other day.


How do I resolve this? I was under the assumption that the POS Go orders would be automatically deducted from inventory as they are sold.

Thank you so much for reaching out and sharing your issue with us. If you have sold products through your store with POS go, they should act the same as our traditional system and inventory should be updated instantly.


I did take some time to explore existing or known problems, and I was not able to find anything related to what you described. With that being said, we can absolutely investigate this further to make sure the system on your store is running as expected and resolve this.
