We use Shopify only for offline retail business. We have 5 shops, with over 2000 different SKUs in each.

Every last day of the month we are do closing stock inventory at night after closing shops.

So I, as warehouse manager should correct stock on hand. Before I used software where I can choose the date of the inventory/stocktaking records and did it in Retrospective Way during the operation of the shops.

And all stock items turn over will start from the amount I adjust on hand on this day.

But at shopify i could change only current stock on hand without a date and if my team sold anything before i adjust inventory the stock will be wrong
