We have been using the I pad camera to scan the barcodes on product however now the camera is no longer scanning any barcode on either of our 2 ipads?
we have 2 ipads, we have the same issue with one of them Just started 2 days ago and we've checked all settings, cleared the camera lens, retarted the ipad (multiple times) and uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
Shopify told me its a known problem with certain iPads and it happened with their last update. They said it will be fixed with the next update on 4/15
Does anyone know if this was fixed? We are still unable to scan barcodes. Thanks.
Yes- if you updte to the newest version of the app it corrects the issue
How do I update the app? I'm not seeing any updates required. Thanks.
If you go to the App store and find the shopify POS app you can force the update- thats what we had to do.
