Why is my updated Shopify POS app on iPad showing an error message?

After Downloading the latest Shopify POS from App Store on my ipad, I logged into my store using email and password. Immedaitely after loggin in, it give the following erro.
Update Required
Download the latest update to continue using Shopify app.

When I click Update App which is the only option, the Appstore shows that I have the latest app.

ha...i just got a text from employee who saw this/send me text...

then i received follow-up mins later, which said they got past this by shutting rebooting the ipad...

maybe it's worth a try...shut it down/turn it off and see...

fyi, i am not a shopify expert...just someone who happen to stumble upon your post when looking up the error/issue my employee sent...

I figured out the problem, Shopify POS will not work on iPad Generation 4.
