Retail hardware, software, and Shopify Point of Sale
Our exchange function isn't working properly. When we get to "Step 3", whether we scan, type sku number or item name........no items/products come up. Is anyone else having issues with the exchange function? I have been back and forth with Shopify Support and no one can get it working properly.

Same issue here on 2 of our 3 Ipads Pros. No idea why one works when it's the same ipad version, ios version, and app version. One will still call all products when you search at that step the other pull nothing.
Good to know it wasn't just us. But it also makes no sense. Wish they wouldn't add steps.
Apparently you have to hide the keyboard after you scan and type sku or name in and then it will show you an item or items to select for exchange.
