Is automatic inventory syncing possible with SalesVu POS?

Hello!

I'm hoping to open a store on Shopify, but first, I have a question about inventory syncing. So, my business sells in-person using the SalesVu POS system, and I was wondering if Shopify will sync inventory with SalesVu automatically, or will I need an app to do so. My biggest concern is: if I sell something online, will the inventory count automatically adjust on both the Shopify and SalesVu POS, or will I have to adjust the count myself? And, vice versa: if I sell in person, will I have to adjust my inventory on Shopify to reflect the new count?

If an app is needed, could someone recommend one that will get the job done?
