Is shopify good for my handmade brand? 1+years using it, 3 sales. Listing 1 item

Hey, please help, Im not sure what im doing wrong, I sell handmade items, all unique so i list one of each, is that a problem for the algorithm and don't send anyone to me??.I sell good at in person artisan markets but i wanted to stop with that, What would you recommend?
