Is there a workaround for Shopify POS item limit?

I just migrated to shopify POS and now i am realizing there is an item limit of 50 items per transaction. I sell over a thousand items and everyone who shops will take well over 50 items. If there is no way around this i will have to immediately stop using shopify POS. I dont understand why there is a limit, it makes the pos software completely pointless

Hey @alen18.

Thanks for reaching out.

The POS receipts are limited to show a max of 50 line items at this moment. If there are more than 50 line items, the POS receipt will only print the first 50 items that were added to the POS cart. If there are more than 50 line items, the POS receipt will only print the first 50 items that were added to the cart. This only applies when there are more than 50 individual line items and does not affect how the POS receipt includes the items if a customer purchases multiple quantities of the same item.

With that being said, I can certainly see the benefit of allowing more than 50 line items on the POS receipts. I am going to provide this feedback to our developers as a suggestion to include. We appreciate you taking the time to bring this to our attention and provide your feedback.
