Is there any way to only allow customers to checkout with a minimum 3 items in their shopping cart?

Hi,

I am currently working a fishing tackle store and I would like to know if it would be possible to set a minimum of 3 items in the customers cart before they are able to checkout.

Since I will be selling fishing lures, it won't profitable enough for me to sell less than 3 lures.

This is the reason I would like to set limit.
