Is topping up customer gift cards possible?

Is it possible to top-up existing gift cards for customers? Or create a credit account for a customer we could add funds to?

Hey,

As far as I know, it is not currently possible to top-up existing gift cards for customers or create a credit account for customers to which you can add funds with Shopify's native gift card feature. However, there are third-party apps that can help you add this functionality to your store.

I happen to own a third-party app called iZiGift. While we do not currently offer the ability to top-up existing gift cards or create credit accounts, it is something that we are working on and will be adding to our app in the near future. If this is something that you would be interested in, message support when you download the app and I will give you a one-month trial as we continue to work on it.
