I am not sure if I selected the correct board. Anyhow, I could not find the URL to my order so I was not able to submit an inquiry, so I have come here to hopefully find an answer.. I placed an order nearly 10 days ago from a merchant called MyStore, and the items I ordered have not been shipped yet, and the contact email for the merchant is non existent or deactivated because the email I tried to send them was returned back to me.

Thank you for reaching out! If you have not received your order in a reasonable amount of time and can't get ahold of the store directly, please contact your bank for possible refund options.
