Issue with subscription pop up - showing black

Hi all,

My subscription pop up has recently started showing up as a blank black overlay instead of the usual message.

I have turned off the pop up function while I'm trying to fix this issue, however the blank black overlay is still appearing.

We use Mailchimp for our campaigns - so perhaps there is an issue with the integration?
