Item automatically adding to card after selecting only one variant

Just launched my shop and ran into a problem.

Some listings have say 3 variants to choose from, when you choose a single variant the item is automatically added to cart without being able to select the additional variants, and without actually wanting to add the item to cart.

Anyone know what's causing this?
