They work fine with the 'retail barcodes labels' app from shopify.

Have you tried that?

So do you use those labels from amazon, printing with the dymo 450 printer and the retail barcodes label app? Or are you using a different printer? If so which one?

Our 450 jambs up all the time using those labels. It's so bad that we stopped using them all together.
