Retail hardware, software, and Shopify Point of Sale
I placed an order from Facebook via an ad Kitchenfun.shop for tabletop knife sharpeners. I have not received these as yet. Is this a SCAM? I’ve ask them for status but heard nothing.

Shopify is an ecommerce software that some merchants use to build their own stores to sell online or in-person in a number of ways.
We don't have any involvement in the shipping or orders of stores created by independent businesses in this way.
If you're looking for an update on your order I'd recommend you try replying to any email they would have sent you or by checking for any contact info on the store itself.
It sounds as though you have tried to make contact in some way to no avail.
If the store is not helping you to resolve this issue at all, I'd recommend you reach out to the payment method (card, PayPal, etc) you used to make this order to let them know what has happened.
While we can't confirm if a given store is using Shopify, you can file a report using this form if you've had an issue with an order you made online.
