Retail hardware, software, and Shopify Point of Sale
We recently had to refund a customer who made a purchase in our brick & mortar store by a Visa card processed by WisePad 3 card reader. However, we realised the last 4 digits of the visa card reflected in our shopify and the printed receipt is different from the actual 4 digits of the card used by the customer.
This is not the first time this has happened. Has anyone experienced this before? We are not sure if the refund will be refunded to the correct person.
