Line of credit for certain customers sales orders

Hi,

We have several commercial customers which we extend store credit to for purchases and then send them a monthly bill. Our old POS system we just kept a sales order open all month and closed it out at the end of each month. Im trying to figure out a way to do this such as an addon app or something but I'm not seeing anything that does that. Any ideas are appreciated and thank you in advance.
