Local Inventory and Fulfillment MicroSite Under Same Shopify

I am planning to open a local brick and mortar store and will have a separate fulfilment location for the products stocked at this store. 

We currently use a 3PL for our online inventory and will continue to do so after the store opens.

My question is - can I make our B&M inventory available online but only visible on a microsite or page for local customers to shop online for in store pick up, as well as non-local customers to order from our local store selection that will have additional products not stocked at our 3PL?

The plan would be to have a microsite and subdomain for the local store (example: cityname.domain.com) but I'd like to use the same Shopify for all and not build out a new store and website.

Not sure that's possible without a separate shopify store. Perhaps a headless hydrogen site could specify a location for it's catalog.
