One of my store users has an issue when logging into Shopify POS on their mobile device. They can login and see the list of store options, and when the store is selected, the list of locations appears. When she selects a location, it appears to load for a few seconds and then redirects back to the page of selecting a location. This is the case with all locations available to choose from. This issue does not happen with any other member of my team that uses Shopify POS on their mobile. Any advice would be appreciated!
Thank you for sharing those details! I would recommend that your staff member either uninstall and reinstall the app or do an app data cache clear in the mobile devices app settings.
They can also get further assistance from our Retail support team by calling the direct support number in the POS app (provided by yourself or another staff member) under the Support section.
