manually setting a USD price

HI We have both our own webstore and we are a wholesaler with customers based in both Australia and the USA. We have been asked to create a set retail price based on a higher exhange rate than usual. We are happy to do so but cannot see how or where we can do this on Shopify as it just uses the normal conversion rate. Any apps or ideas?
