Mulit buy discount in webshop and Bricks & Mortar shop

Hi 

We're looking to create an offer (discount) where if someone buys 3 items within a collection they get them for a reduced price. For example, all the items within the collection are £3.50, however if any 3 items are purchased in the webshop, or in the B&M shop, then they would total £10 (50p saving). 

I've looked through shopify discounts but I can't seem to see one that would apply. I know there are numerous apps that can also apply offers but I can't seem to find one that quite fits.

Does anyone have any recommendations?
