Need to completey remove the "Your Shopping Cart" page from Dawn Theme

We don't use our website to sell products. We were able to remove the shopping cart icon from our site, but the "Your Shopping Cart" page is still accessible. (https://loversplayground.com/cart) Does anyone know how to remove that page completely? We've tried redirecting to the home page, and we can't modify the cart page because the buttons "Edit page" or "Customize" don't show on the cart page either.
