Hey there, @Openstyles. Thanks for reaching out to the Shopify Community with your situation.
I'm sorry to hear that you haven't seen any sales yet within two months of operating. Every business is different, and some folks see sales very quickly, and others don't see them until a few months or weeks down the road. The most important thing to check is to make sure there are no errors with your website, and that you're working on your marketing and SEO, so customers can find your shop!
First, let's check out your store. Can you please reply to this post with a link to your website? I'd like to take some time to explore your site, and see if I can find any errors in your checkout.
In addition to that, have you taken some time to look into your marketing strategy for your shop? Shopify allows you to organically grow your marketing and SEO, but you definitely want to invest some time into getting these things going. Marketing on Social Media, for example, is a great way to drive customers to your online store. I have two blog resources for you to check out here that should help with this if you haven't started yet:
Get back to me when you can, and I'll poke around!

Hello @Openstyles,
I've taken a look at your store and found there are quite a few things which if added can increase sales.
1. Add a favicon to your store which is a small square image/logo that appears next to a web address.
A favicon helps to strengthen your brand and add a polished look to your website. See Shopify help here.
2. Add the Home page link at the start of the main menu.
3. Add sections like 'New Arrivals', 'Featured Collection', and 'Hot Sellers' to help keep customers updated on new products and give exposure to new collections.
4. Create a Facebook account for your store. Having a Facebook Store is a great way to grow your business, allowing you to tap into new audiences and gain more customers.
5. Add Blogging in the store
Blogging is an amazing way to drive traffic to your website and increase your SEO. The more your blog, the more content the search engines have to crawl and index. This means they can easily recognize that your site is a resource of information for people to access.
6. Add a separate page for Contact Us
Add a contact us page and include the store's contact info like phone number, email address, and office address for credibility.
7. A FAQ would be useful to provide quick information to help customers make a purchasing decision and also to reduce the time your employees need to answer simple questions.
8. Add testimonials on the home page. Testimonials allow your satisfied customers to step forward and address the questions and objections that fill the minds of your prospective buyers for you.
9. Your product description should be detailed and evocative. The product description should provide visitors with important information about the features and benefits of the product so they are motivated to buy.
10. Add a section for product reviews as most of the customers read the review before purchasing the product.
11. Add an About Us page which will reflect the purpose and personality of the business.
12. Add more specific and unique product title/url in product pages.
Creating the perfect and more specific SEO product title/url can help the search engine understand exactly what it is you are selling and drive more traffic to your site. Also, make sure all products have unique titles.
13. Try to maintain the same image size while listing all products.
14. Add sticky header
Adding a sticky header allows users to quickly access the navigation, search, and utility-navigation elements without scrolling up to the top of the page. They increase the discoverability of the elements in the header and the chance that users will take advantage of them.

Hello @Openstyles
To start getting first sales, you have to take care of a lot of things on the front end. It's worth investing in building customer trust, driving traffic through organic channels, and ensuring your product is visible online. setting up a professional-looking website and paying attention to SEO will also make a big difference and with all these factors set up and running. you can expect some sales coming in. Most importantly, are you getting enough traffic that, in turn, will convert to sales?
This is an accepted solution.
Thank you. I am not getting any traffic. Well that i know. Im trying to adjust somethings that I was advised to do but im not too savvy with web designing so lets see. 😊 again, thank you for your help!

Hi @Openstyles
Your website looks great with really strong product imagery. You mentioned you are not getting any traffic. I notice you are not running any ads. Did you have some live previously and they didn't work?
The easiest way to get started (cost effectively) is to launch two types of campaigns:
1. Traffic campaigns
Use all the great product imagery you have and any video you might have (15 seconds or less). Create traffic campaigns targeting your audience on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
2. Product catalog
Assume that people won't buy the first time they visit your site (less than 3‰ of people do). So, launch dynamic product remarketing campaigns that remind people of the product they were interested in when they visited your store.
Hope that helps.
This is an accepted solution.

I set up a Shopify store over a year ago but haven't sold anything until today. I did revise our Shopify website. But our eBay sales are increasing daily; the Amazon listing is doing much better than Shopify. What's going on?
I found that, the eBay is the best online eCommerce so far.

Hey again, @Openstyles! It's awesome to see that so many folks have jumped in here to provide you some advice! This is why the Shopify Community is so great - you can always count on folks to jump in and lend a hand!
I noticed earlier that you mentioned that you may need some help with implementing some of the suggestions mentioned in this thread. I wanted to provide you with some support avenues you can try to help you make your desired changes!
Shopify Experts - You can visit our Shopify Experts Page to learn more about getting in touch with someone to help you make these changes. Experts are third party individuals who are skilled with Shopify and make their living off of helping folks enhance their stores. You can make a post about the sort of work you're looking to have done, and then Experts will reach out letting you know if they can lend a hand!
Live Support - Another avenue you have access to is our 24/7 live support team! You can reach out to them anytime if you're looking for some cost-free help with your business. Our team should be able to help you with many of the things you've been suggested on here, but our support scope may become limited depending on how code involved things become.
We also may be able to help you out here in this thread, if you like! Do you have a specific thing that you're looking to work on? If so, let us know, and we can look into providing you some steps on how to get that completed, or advise you on where to go for help!

Thank you so much for all the info! I truly appreciate it. I’ve decided to find an expert to design my store. I’ve tried so hard and I’m proud of how far I’ve come but truth be told… I’m not a web designer. 😂 Again, I’m truly thankful for all your help in trying to get my store going!
Hey there, @Openstyles!
Thanks for following up and letting us know you're looking to find an Expert to help you out with your store! That's a super good idea if you feel you're out of your element here, and there are loads of great Experts out there to work with!
I recommend that you check out our Official Shopify Experts Page so you can get in touch with someone to discuss working on your store. Finding an Expert through our page allows us to support you and the Expert if needed! If you were to hire someone to help you from a third party platform, we wouldn't be able to jump in and help like we can if connected through our official page.
