only require 20% deposit on all purchases

Hi there, am using Brooklyn theme and want to add a code so that the site will only ever charge people 20% on checkout.  Our store only requires deposits for purchases as rest is paid on delivery. I've looked everywhere for this.. can anybody help?

Hi @LissyNEWZEALAND ,

It sounds like this can be accomplished with Automatic Discounts!  From the Shopify Dashboard, go to the Discounts page and head to the Automatic Discounts Tab. Then click Create automatic discount.

From there configure a discount with an 80% percentage off.

Don't forget to specify a minimum purchase amount.

Click Save and your discount will be live. From here, all your customers will automatically receive an 80% discount to be collected later.
