Open Cash Drawer Outside of Sale on Android

We use Android for running Shopify POS. We are looking for a way from within the app to allow for opening the cash drawer outside of a cash transaction.

The documentation references being able to hit No Sale and open the drawer, but No Sale is greyed out. The printer options in the Hardware screen do not show a "test cash drawer" option.

The drawer opens correctly for a cash transaction.

Are we missing something, or is this functionality limited to iOS devices?
