Retail hardware, software, and Shopify Point of Sale
I don't know if you see the price of our product in USD currency or in CND currency. We have great USA sales on Amazon but not with SHOPIFY. I don't know what is wrong. Any advice at all would be much appreciated. I understand everyone is busy.
Thank you

Hi, @NPFF!
Thanks for reaching out in our Community forums and for sharing your concern, I’d be happy to help.
You mentioned that you recently opened your store to serve customers in the US but have not made any sales yet. I know this may be discouraging, but I'm hoping that through our conversation, I will be able to share some information that will put you in a better position to increase conversation.
Firstly, feel free to share your URL so that I can take a look at your store and provide the appropriate feedback in regards to store design, ease of use, and reliability. I can also confirm whether or not the price is shown in USD or CAD. On that topic, you can use Shopify’s Geolocation app as it lets you recommend the best country and language for your visitors based on their browser preferences and location. These recommendations show up on your online store as a bar or popup and will ensure that the customer is shown prices in their native currency.
I strongly suggest checking out our Shopify Blog on 'Conversion Rate Optimization' as this will help ensure your store is as ready as possible to increase sales. Also, feel free to check out our great resources on 'How to Get Your First Sale' and 'How to Increase Web Traffic' as they go over all the different tools you can use to drive more customers.
I’d also love to know more about your business! Since you are selling in multiple countries, how are your marketing initiatives going? Are you selling the same products to every country?

our URL is North Prairie Family Farm Cold Press Canola Oil| Non GMO| – North Prairie Family Farms
After your email I added the Geolocation app. It was hard to find on Shopify so I am glad you included a link. The problem is our CND and USA pricing is different. It costs a lot more to ship in the US then in Canada plus we have to NJ in the USA before the product gets sent to the customers. Our product shows the CND only and USA only on the same page. So we are going to create a separate tab for USA and CND customers hoping this will help. Any advice you can give me is greatly appreciated.
I noticed we need to make some changes. You cannot see all our products and our products tab is actually our quote tab. I will check out your other blogs as well. I believe we have more traffic from the USA to our site than CND.
Thank you for your help, time and suggestions. Cynthia
Sorry I accepted your advice as a solution but we have only started.
Opps too early.
