When someone places an order through our site it will appear in orders and do we manually have to place the order through the vendor site? Is that something i Need to set up? Also, how to figure out shipping depending on where it's going? We are new to E-commerce and I just was hoping for some insight.

First, could you tell me a bit more about which vendor you're using? If you're using a print on demand service like Printful or Printify, they have apps that integrate directly with Shopify and can provide automated fulfillment. If you're using AliExpress, you can use an app like DSers to handle fulfillment. If you provide me some more information on your vendor I can look into your options!
