Retail hardware, software, and Shopify Point of Sale
I recently integrated my inventory from my Quickbooks POS to the Shopify Platform. I am a shoe store that sells various types of sneakers (i.e. men's, women's, kids footwear etc). I have integrated my inventory succesfully into the various collections for my company. When I entered my items on the Quickbooks POS system, I also had my shoes on a grid system so that a certain style of a shoe had the corresponding sizes under one listing. When I integrated to the Shopify platform, however, each size has its own unique listing. Is there a way to capture the item by it's style number and then bulk edit so that each shoe has only one listing with the sizes as variants?
@ggubbins Yes, you can bulk merge individual listings into single products with size variants in Shopify. You can do it by 3 ways.
1. 1st method is the manual method, you can use shopify bulk editor.
2. 2nd method is to use a bulk editing app which is faster and easier.
3. 3rd method is to use shopify API which is advanced method and you need a developer or coding experience.
