original quantity tracking vs. on hand

Is there a way to go into the product and see the original quantity we ordered, along with the current on-hand available quantity?

I want to know a simple way of knowing how many I started with.

The insights only show the last 90 days, that doesn't help when I ordered and entered it longer ago than that.
