Part exchanges via Shopify POS

I run a guitar store and regularly accept customers old guitars as part exchange towards the cost of a new guitar. is there a way to account for this in the point of sale app and provide the customer with a receipt ?

Do it as a discount, and name the discount for the used equipment you took as an exchange.
