I happend to be an english speaking guy in the netherlands! After contacting shopify through facebook, it's really sad, and honestly I think also that it's not normal that if shopify offers the POS service in many countries, and don't even care about translating the receipt!
You're gonna tell me if my shop was in china, it will be in English also! This absolutly outrageous, sometimes im asking my self what am i still doing on this platform!

I can appreciate how this can be a pain point for you and your customers. There is a workaround where you can change the language in your device's settings. This should allow you to print the receipt in your desired language, however that can prove difficult to change back and to be able to find that setting again, especially if it is not a language you're familiar with.
There is quite a lot of existing feedback from merchants on this issue, so what I will do is add this to the current feedback so that our developers can look into this. While I cannot guarantee a timeline of if and when this would be added, please note that your feedback does not go unheard.
