POS App - Cannot Manage and Tag Orders? So how?

Currently the POS App has many restrictions in managing an order
While I understand the POS app is for taking orders but cannot perform this 2 simple function is disappointing

- Cannot add Tag

- Cannot change fulfilment Status

To do these 

If a Store User wants to do these activities, we need to access the Shopify Admin Backend

But when accessing the back-end, the Store User can see all the orders and analytics from other store. How we can restrict the back-end by Location only? Such that a Store User can see only that specific Store Location Orders and Analytics?
