Retail hardware, software, and Shopify Point of Sale
Hi,
I have been struggling with the Shopify POS app (Android 11) not showing the correct inventory quantities as well as some products that we have had on the system for more than a year stop showing on the app.
What is the solution to this? I have uninstalled and re-installed the app which fixes it temporarily. It's very inconvenient to uninstall, install and login frequently.
Is there a way to turn off the POS's caching of the products?

Same issue here, inventory is always out of sync, only deleting and re-adding app temporarily fixes it.

We are looking at alternative POS systems because of this!
