POS App - want to display local currency

Hi - I have an online store set up with USD currency but we have opened a pop-up store in HK and are using the POS app and we wish to display local HKD currency for the customers and staff. Does anyone know if this is possible?

Sorry if being stupid but just checking this solution applies to the
currency displayed on the Shopify POS app?
I have enable HK as a market in the site settings and this now shows HKD
pricing on the website, BUT not on the store Ipad using the POS App...
