POS Cart Email Issue - (Email to Customer)

I need to remove the shop name from the email that customers receive from POS when we choose to email a cart to a customer via the Shopify POS app. I chatted with support and the experience was AWFUL, like every other time I've reached out since they removed phone support.

See attached photos for reference. I SIMPLY NEED TO FIND THE "SHOP NAME" LANGUAGE AND DELETE IT, BUT I CAN'T FIND IT ANYWHERE! HELP!
