POS Category to one register

We have 3 "registers" and two belong to our whiskey snug and 1 belongs to our retail side of the store. The Whiskey snug portion of our store I would like to see them only see liquor and whiskey gifts. Is there anyway to attach only these collections to those 2 ipads or is that impossible? 

I have tried the fulfillment feature which worked but sometimes bottles are brought up to the retail side and whiskey gifts are bought online as well as in-store so adding the snug as a fulfillment wouldn't work either. 

I apologize if this has already been answered.
