POS Customer Note Pop Up (Inquiry/Feature Request)

Hello! We really need to find a way for a note to pop-up when we bring up a specific customer - like a reminder of something we found for them, updates about an item they requested, a question we need to ask them, info we need from them, or even just a note about their favorite items. 

Does anyone know of an app that offers such a feature? If not, how do I submit a feature request?
