POS Emails not showing up for email receipts

When I check out a customer on POS and go to email the receipt the email box is blank even though their email is stored. Was all working fine then suddenly it stopped working.

This is becoming quite urgent to resolve.

Thank you for posting in the Shopify Community. To get some troubleshooting out of the way, can you ensure that your device and the Shopify POS app are up to date? Doing so can resolve issues like this. 

 

If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our live support team through the POS app by navigating to More > Support > Contact support
