Retail hardware, software, and Shopify Point of Sale
Hi everyone,
I recently started using Shopify POS Lite.
Some customers prefer to pay later in the week, that's not a problem. However, I can only click on "Mark as unpaid" in the POS Lite App, after which I manually send an invoice with a payment link via the Shopify admin page.
I would like to have this automated, I know that it is possible with the POS Pro app, but I simply do not have enough sales yet to make 80 euros per month worth it.
I thought it might be possible to adjust the coding of the "sent invoice template" and create a payment link from it. Unfortunately no success...
I have also found applications from the Shopify app store, but I would rather not be dependent on these apps.
Read something about APIs and Checkout cards on the internet, but then I have to host something myself.
So what I would like is the following:
1. customer pays
2. i marked the payment as unpaid (right top corner pos lite app)
3. use the "sent invoice" button to email customer
4. edit THAT email template to a payment link.
(It's about the email template in, settings - notifications - customer notifications - Point of Sale - POS and mobile reception.
Any tip is welcome, hopefully there is a workaround for it!
