Retail hardware, software, and Shopify Point of Sale
Hey guys! I've been having some trouble with the POS not locating certain products I have in the store's product catalog. I have double checked to make sure that sale channel is active. I can search by the brand name or product type or a key word and nothing will pull up. I've updated the hardware, the app, and the tablet that runs the app with zero luck.
It would be best to reach out to Shopify Support for this one as they can look into the store to see if there are any settings missed. If not, then they can escalate the issue to our POS Technical support for further review. You contact Shopify Support by logging into your store through the help center, searching your question/issue, then selecting "continue" at the bottom of the page that displays the search results.
