POS payment options in Norway

1. Does anyone know if it is possible to add VIPPS to the POS checkout? I do not have a creditcard reader. Previously at Mystore I always used VIPPS at POS checkout where the customer got a push notification to pay the order. Can`t see that this is an option at Shopify?

2. When I try to add creditcard as a payment option (without creditcard reader) the page where you add inn a credit card manually comes up blank.. Any ideas how to fix it?
