Printing jewellery/dumbbell & other labels from Shopify in the UK

We have a jewellery high street shop in the UK and are now launching an online store with Shopify including POS as well.

Shopify have told us that they don't support the printing of jewellery (dumbbell) labels in the UK with the Dymo 450 printer.

Can anyone tell us how you managed to overcome this problem please?
