Problem publishing a product - help please!

Hi there, I need to publish a product quickly, unfortunately having some issues.

I can see the product I’ve created in the products section but underneath the title it reads ‘unavailable in online store’

i have multiple products in the store with no issues and I can’t identify anything in the product set-up that is preventing this product from being published. It is available on the correct sales channels, has enough stock etc etc. Can anyone suggest where I am going wrong?

This is an accepted solution.

I can see a "View" button now, meaning the product is published. What I would suggest is check that the collection chosen contains the product that was just published.

Hello!

When you go into the product can you on "View" & get a correct URL that opens normally?

I can preview it successfully, where can I 'view' and test the URL?

"Preview" means the product is not available on that sales channels, can you please screenshot the top right of the backend product page? This part specifically:

I have tried setting it to publish at a future time all day but it never does.....

Hey, it’s my company but one of my colleagues is the main admin so it gives me a message saying I need to contact him under plans and permissions - is there another way?

For Collab Access this is the only way. What you can do it take a full screenshot of the product page on the backend so I can hunt for details.
