Most of 32,000 products migrated from QB POS are not searchable or sellable from our tablets is though all are showing in the Admin on Shopify.com as Active, on POS sales channel and Ok to sell if out of stock.  What might be wrong?

I'm having the same exact problem. Did you get an answer?

Main issue was special characters in the vendor names including a comma such as , inc or , ltd.   I could not just change the Vendor name in Shopify but had to delete all the products, edit vendor names in QB Pos, save a new file to export, remigrate the items, hide older names with the special characters in STocky, resync data on tablets, wait to syncing to be completed, curse, throw things, then done.

So I figured it out.  At least for me. You have to locate the inventory list in stocky. You'll see active or draft.  All of my inventory that wasn't previously in my online shop all migrated from qbpos to stocky as a draft.  I had to manually change every item to active.  There is a way to bulk edit. It's a pain and I'm still not done.  I cannot find that shopify instructs you to do this.  They are clearly missing steps in their to do list. You'll also have to sync products from stocky when you're done and they should then show in your shopify pos inventory.  Would be nice if they had migration help lines open for people to use in other time zones.
